Caitlyn is the foster mom of Topher Bus. She is an absent-minded, stereotypical 1950s housewife who appears to be incapable of not smiling. Topher finds her incredibly irritating and addresses her by her name. She first appeared in "Sleepover".
Biography
In "Sleepover", Topher invited Abe over to his house for a sleepover, where they were greeted by his foster mother, Caitlyn. She offered Abe something to eat, but he politely declined. Caitlyn insisted on giving him something to eat as soon as she could find her oven, and Topher yelled at her to back off. Caitlyn wished Abe a nice sleepover, and promptly mistook him for Benjamin Franklin, despite correctly addressing him as "Abraham Lincoln" earlier, and then closed herself inside of the fridge. Later, Abe decided to leave the sleepover early, and when Caitlyn saw him leaving, she assumed a day had passed and happily bid him adieu.
She was mentioned in "Sexy-Ed", when Topher told Abe that he knows a lot about women, since he's the son of a woman.
Appearance
Caitlyn is an adult woman with bright orange hair and white skin. She dresses as a stereotypical 1950's housewife with a yellow dress, a white apron, red heels, white jewelry, white gloves, and a red ribbon in her hair.
Personality
Caitlyn is a delightfully dim-witted traditional housewife, who is constantly beaming widely at all times. She appears to be mentally unstable, as she keeps forgetting things like people's names and where her own furniture is located, as well as offering people Hollandaise sauce as a drink.
