Sam Richardson is an American actor, writer, producer, and comedian of Ghanaian decent. He is best known for portraying Richard Splett in the HBO comedy series, Veep.
In Clone High, he guest-starred in the episode "For Your Consideration", voicing Wesley Nestle.
